PT Star Pacific Tbk (the Company), was established under the name of PT Asuransi Lippo Jiwa Sakti based on Deed No. 301 dated May 28, 1983 of Misahardi Wilamarta, S.H., a notary in Jakarta, which was amended by Deed No. 130 dated August 10, 1983 by the same notary, concerning the change of the Company's name to PT Asuransi Lippo Life. Furthermore, the Company's name was again changed to Lippo E-Net Tbk based on Deed No. 87 dated June 23, 2000 of Misahardi Wilamarta, S.H., a notary in Jakarta.
