IQPlus, (27/7) - PT Petrosea Tbk. (PTRO) selaku pemegang saham PT Singaraja Putra Tbk. (SINI) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 23 Juli 2026.

Manajemen SINI dalam keterangan tertulisnya Jumat (24/7) menyampaikan PTRO telah membeli sebanyak 237.893.000 lembar saham di harga Rp5.000 per saham.

"Transaksi ini dilakukan dengan Tujuan Investasi,"tuturnya.

Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham PTRO di SINI menjadi 239,1 juta lembar saham (19,88%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 1,21 juta lembar saham (0,25%). (end)
