IQPlus, (14/10) - Muhammad Sulthon selaku Direktur PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk. (BRMS) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 13 Oktober 2026.

Manajemen BRMS dalam keterangan tertulisnya (13/10) menyampaikan bahwa M Sulthon telah membeli saham BRMS sebanyak 90.000 lembar saham di harga Rp540 per saham

"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," tuturnya.

Pasca transaksi ini maka kepemilikan saham M. Sulthon di BRMS menjadi 400.500 lembar saham dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya sebanyak 310.500 lembar saham. (end)
