IQPlus, (12/10) - Nicholas Santoso selaku Direktur PT Charnic Capital Tbk. (NICK) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 8 Oktober 2026.

Anton Santoso Direktur Utama NICK dalam keterangan tertulisnya (9/10) menyampaikan bahwa Nicholas telah menjual sebanyak 5.300 lembar saham NICK di harga Rp3.510-Rp3.520 per saham

"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.

Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Nicholas Santoso di NICK berkurang menjadi 286.300 lembar saham setara (0,04%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 291.600 lembar saham. (end)
