IQPlus, (6/10) - OPTIMUS VISION GLOBAL PTE.LTD selaku pemegang saham PT Panca Global Capital Tbk. (PEGE) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya pada tanggal 30 September 2026.

Manajemen PEGE dalam keterangan tertulisnya (6/10) menyampaikan bahwa Optimus telah membeli sebanyak 700.000 Lembar saham PEGE di harga Rp140 per saham

"Transaksi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan pembelian dengan kepemilikan saham langsung,"tuturnya.

Pasca transaksi maka kepemilikan saham Optimus di PEGE menjadi 192,4 juta lembar saham (5,09%) dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 191,77 juta lembar saham (5,08%). (end)
